The studio is located in a super communicative place in Sunny Beach in a new complex with many amenities. Just meters away is the Mladost Supermarket which is open all year round, as well as many other shops, a pharmacy, hardware store and fast-food restaurants. Everything is within easy reach and at the same time you are not far from the beach.

The studio is spacious and sunny, overlooking the pool. It can be used all year round or rented to tourists or staff due to its good location. The apartment is on the 5th floor.
