Two-story house located in a village just a few km north of Sofia.
The house is a solid, reinforced concrete structure with a total living area of 150 sq m, and built on a plot of land of 830 sq m. The property has year-round access. It is just 150 m from the main road Sofia - Mezdra. Year-round neighbors. The yard is fenced and terraced.
Distribution:
- The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen-dining room, terrace, bathroom and closet.
- Second floor - three bedrooms, a bathroom, a wet room and a terrace. One of the bedrooms is transitional. There is also an attic.
The house has thermal insulation of 8-14 cm, PVC window joinery. The water is from its own water source. The heating is via a fireplace with a water jacket.
The house is currently being renovated. The roof was repaired, the pipes of the local heating installation were replaced, all the floors were replaced with granite and laminate and the walls were painted with latex.
