Our next property is a former school for sale, located in northwestern Bulgaria. The school is set in a small village included in the municipality of Kula, Vidin district. The village lies 40 km from the border with Romania and 20 km from Serbia.
The school presents itself a large, solid, brick building with stone foundations, plastered and in excellent condition. It consists of 14 rooms, 2 halls and few additional premises.
