This small rural house is located in a village only 64 km far from the nearest International Airport which is in the city of Bourgas- the second biggest city on the Black Sea coast. The town of Yambol is only 35 km far- it is the district town.The house has two floors and the total living area of 56 sq m distributed between 3 rooms. Repairs and renovations will be needed in order to make the place a lovely holiday home. Running water and electricity are provided in the house. The plot of land that goes with the house is 2500 sq m which gives you many options what to use it for - a barbecue area, a place to grow vegetables, a fruit garden, why not a swimming pool! The region encompasses the Yambol Plain, the Elhovo Plain, the Bakadzhik Hills, parts of the Sakar Mountains, the Svetliyskite, the Derventskite and the Manastirskite Heights. Tundzha is the largest river in the region. Malko Sharkovo dam is constructed on the Popovska river. There are mineral springs in the village of Stefan Karadzhovo, near the town of Straldzha and the village of Pravdino which is only about 10 km far from the property.
