Cheap Plot Near Bourgas

The plot is located in a small village just 28 km from the district city of Bourgas and about 33 km from the International Airport in the city. The village is quite big and there already are a few houses sold to English people. The town of Sredets which is the bigger town in the area and offers everything necessary for a normal living is only 8 km far. There are restaurants, shops, pubs and etc. there. The village has transport links to the bigger towns and cities in the area. The plot is 7500 sq m large- big enough for a holiday houses development or just for an investment. The closest regulated place is 1 km away. The plot is with an agricultural status for the time being but we can assist with changing its status in order to build on it. The region is famous for hunting and fishing. It is a great place for a vacation away from the city and at the same time close enough to it. The lake of Mandra- which is the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula is only 11 km far and it is great for boating and fishing. The land itself is next to a river which makes the offer even more attractive.
