Reservation of an apartment:
The reservation fee amounts to 1 000 €. It is a non - refundable amount required not later than two days after the apartment/studio has been reserved.

3 installment - 10% - up to 30/11/13
Reservation fee will be deducted from the last installment.

II. option - within 6 months:

III. option - within 1 year, every 4-th month:

4 installment - 10 % - up to 30/09/14

IV. option - within 2 years, every 8-th month:
