Successor to ancient civilizations, survivor of the transformations of time, the present-day city of Varna is one of the most attractive Bulgarian towns, reasonably called the Pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

  • 60 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract

Option 3 - you get 8% discount!

  • 90 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
