This is a lovely holiday village no more than an hour driving from Sofia! The property is situated in a picturesque village at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The village is on the main road to Karlovo and Kazanlak and it is about an hour driving to the historical town of Koprivstitza. The area is beautiful with excellent opportunities for mountain tourism, hunting and fishing. Infrastructure is good and the property is easy accessible through all the year. There asphalt road and only 500 m gravel road reaching the property. The villa is two storey with 40 sq m built up area and 70 sq m total living area. It is solid and well maintained. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchenette and terrace. Inner staircase leads to a small bedroom, WC /intermediate floor/ and a large bedroom with a balcony on the second floor.
