This is a spacious, one-bedroom apartment with direct sea view, located in the town of Byala.
The town of Byala lies on the Bulgarian seacoast, 53 km south from the city of Varna. It is a well-known sea resort visited by many tourists annually. There is regular bus transport to the town of Burgas and Varna.
The apartment is on the first residential floor out of six in the complex. It has total living area of 68 sq m and consists of a living room with kitchen box, one bedroom and a bathroom with WC. There is also a large terrace with area of 17 sq m. The apartment benefits with incredible sea view.
The complex has Act 16 since 2013. There are many amenities onsite including a swimming pool, landscaped areas, maintenance and video surveillance. The maintenance fee is 457 euro annually.
