The house is located 45 km from the capital Sofia in the center of the village. Near the house there are 3 shops, a restaurant, two taverns, a school, a kindergarten, a post office, a dentist, a doctor's office and a library.
The house has a total living area of 130 sq m. The distribution is on two floors as follows:
First floor - kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace, hallway and a bathroom.
Second floor - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, bathroom, two terraces (one is 12 square meters and the other is 38 square meters).
The heating is via a wood burning fireplace and a water jacket, which warms the entire whole house. There are also 3 air conditioners. The house has internal and external insulation, aluminum windows, sewerage and video surveillance.
In the yard there is a garage, a well, fruit trees and two service rooms.
