Agricultural plot of land for sale near Dospat

This is another agricultural plot of land for sale located near the town of Dospat. The property is situated right on the bank of Dospat Dam. Dospat Dam is a dam located in the western Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria. It is situated in the interior of the Rhodope Mountains, in the immediate proximity of the town of the same name, at distance of 82 km west of Smolyan. Located 1,200 meters above the sea level, it is the highest dam in Bulgaria in terms of altitude, and, with its 22 km² of water area, the second largest in capacity. It is fed by the Sarnitsa River.
The property is an agricultural plot of land, which means there no water or electricity on the site. In order to start any construction works first you will have to change the status of the land into regulation. That should be easy since there is already water near the property and electricity will be there soon. After changing the status the plot will be suitable for building a nice holiday house or a small apartment complex. The property is located just 150 meters from the water. The land is bordering an asphalted road which guarantees easy access during the whole year. The plot is 1000 sq m large.
