The developer offers a catalogue of finishing materials. Each client will have the opportunity to choose the color of the tiles for the living room and terracotta for the bathrooms.

The company offers each villa completely finished. The bathrooms will be tiled with terracotta and sanitary faience. The corridor’s floors will be terracotta covered and the room’s floors - laminated.

Payment plan:

1000 € - reservation fee
• 30%-on signing of the Preliminary contract
• 50%- on putting the roof on
• 20%- on full completion and Notary Deed

Another stage payment plan is negotiable.
