We offer to you a house that needs just slight repairs to become fit to live in. the property is situated in a big well developed village at the foot of the West Stara Planina Mountain close to the town of Vratsa. The area is favorable for hunting and fishing is also available in the lakes surrounding the village. The wide river Danube is not far and it will take you only one hour and a half driving to the city of Sofia.
The house is not inhabited but in good state of preservation. It offers 90 sq.m living area distributed between one floor and a basement. There are six rooms connected with a corridor – three rooms on each floor. Inner bathroom and toilet are available as well as outer toilet, running water and electricity. There is no telephone line but it could be installed upon your request.
Some additional buildings are included in the property and the garden is 1000 sq.m large.
