This is a brick build two-storey house situated at the center of a lovely village at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The house offers 6 rooms /three rooms on each floor/ spreading over 170 sq m living area.
The property is supplied with running water and electricity. The toilet is outside the house but inner one could be made since there is enough space in the building. The house hasn’t been inhabited for a while and needs renovation. However the property has good location.
