One storey brick built house with a basement is situated in a large village some 30 km from the charming mountain town of Vratsa. The village is in a plain area rich in rivers and lakes and the mountain begins some kilometers south. If you are keen on hiking you will be pleased because the west part of the Stara Planina Mountain offers picturesque landscapes and fascinating places that can take your breath. Fishing and hunting are available.
The house in the offer needs some work to turn into a nice and cosy cottage but our local workers could do all necessary repairs. 70 sq.m living area is distributed between six rooms – three on the basement and three on the first floor. Running water and electricity are available. There is a toilet outside the house that could be relocated inside. An additional building is attached to the house and it could be used as storage. The garden is really huge 2 500 sq.m.
