The houses are located 1.8 miles away on the hills over the biggest sea holiday resort in Bulgaria-Sunny Beach. It is in very beautiful and prestigious area of an existing villa zone in Kosharitca. The sea view is stunning and behind the villas is the forest of Balkan mounting.


Houses can be used all year around as there is a fireplace. Insulated inside and an outside. The forest is behind the complex and suitable for walking-plenty of forest fruits and wild mushrooms
