This house is located at the end of a peaceful village about 60 km from Varna. It is on a single floor and is brick built. It comprises of 4 rooms.
Renovation works have been started.The roof is repaired,new rendering from the outside is made but the inside still needs some serious work.
The toilet is outside but relocating it inside is not a problem. New septic tank has been made.
The biggest advantage is the size of the plot which is 2385 sq m.The house is located at the end of the village very close to a small river and has a nice open view of the valley.
There are several English families living here permanently.One of them are running a camping business for caravans.
