This traditional rural house is located in a quiet mountain area in the very south Rhodopi Mountain not far from the town of Kurdzhali (55 km away). The property is located close to a big well organized village 15 km far from the town of Zlatograd and 25 km from the mountain pass of Makaza that is on the border with Greece. The house is in a secluded area at the end of the village with fantastic view over the passing by river.
The house is solid stone built with trimmer joists and consists of two floors. The first floor has three premises and a small cellar. External staircase leads to the second floor with big corridor and two rooms. No inner bathroom or toilet are available. The total living area provided by the house is 90 sq m and the garden spreads over 2000 sq m.
The property is accessible through 1 km gravel road. It has electricity and water but definitely needs renovation to become livable. Once being repaired and refreshed it will turn into a cosy holiday villa. Beautiful and unspoiled nature gives romantic atmosphere to the place. The river is only a few meters away and it's good for fishing. Hunting is also popular in the area.
