This amazing, fully finished vacation complex is located on first line on the Bulgarian Black sea Coast in the picturesque resort Byala. The complex consists of two buildings - Building A and Building B. Both parts have permission for usage - Building A from 07.05.2009г and Building B since 16.04.2008г.
Building A is located in the south part of the terrain on the beach on a plot of 4677 sq.m. This building has 16200 sq.m of built up area. 14000 sq.m of them are above the ground and 2000 sq.m under the ground. The building has eight levels. The five over ground levels and the ground level comprise 122 apartments with different sizes and dispositions. Most of the apartments have gorgeous sea views. In their size the apartments vary from 50 sq.m to 250 sq.m/
Building B is located in the north part of the plot . It borders Building A south, the parking lot in west and with the road to the sea in east and north. The Building comprises four residential floors and three basement levels. The ground floor is foreseen mostly for serving premises.
The lobby of this apartment complex is located in this building. It is spread on four levels and provides two big lifts, panoramic lift and two staircases. This Building also shelters a restaurant , four shops, pharmacy , dentist and doctor's center.
The apartments are offered fully completed without furniture. All walls are latex painted, the floors are laminated, the bathrooms fully furnished. All lights are fitted and doors installed. Each apartment has an airconditioner.
As an additional option the developer offers a few options for furniture at very competitive prices for excellent quality stuff. The complex provides full management services which includes all necessary actions that an owner should have into consideration. The fee for this is paid separately each year.
The complex has outside swimming pool which is used from the people in the complex and provides freshness during the hot summer days.
The developer is flexible with the payment plans but it should be considered that the apartments are fully completed and could be used immediately.
If a customer is willing to have a payment plan for a few years the developer offers this option with interest of 6 % on annual basis. The buyer may use the apartment immediately after a contract is signed and payment plan confirmed.
