This is an offer for a huge plot of land - 380 408 sq m located in the south part of the picturesque Kaliakra cape, 12 km away from Kavarna town and 65 km from the International Airport of Varna. The face of the land reaching the slope is 1.2 km long and the opposite one adjoining the road is 1.7 km.

The reserve itself spreads over 678 500 sq m and includes steppe and impressive coast cliffs, 70 m height. The flora is rich there and has more than 400 species /including birds/, 47 of them are rare and protected. That is only one of the reasons why the area is so attractive among the natives and foreigners as well.
