The total residential area of the complex is 3400 sq m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, taking rest, inflatable mattresses, push bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.
The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for permanently living here. The buildings have full outside insulation very well superimposed. All premises have independent air-conditioners heat/cold. There is hot water supply and it is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated as must to be.
The area of the complex is fenced with a simple but beautiful metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.
