PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • 1500 € - reservation deposit
  • 50 % up to 14 days + preliminary contract
  • 50 % up to 60 days

 

The customer pays a deposit of € 1 500.

The reservation deposit serves as a guarantee for the buyer, as well as for the seller. The amount of the deposit shall be deducted from the price of the property upon signing of the preliminary contract between the parties.

The reservation period is 14 days.

 

Purchase of finished apartment

Upon purchase of a finished apartment, the customer normally pays in one installment the full amount of the price.

Independent payment schedules are possible.

Restaurant:

There is also a restaurant for sale in the complex. It is located on the first floor of the complex overlooking the reception desk. It is 60 seated, includes a guest hall, bar, kitchen area, WC, and storage premises. The premises are very spacious and functional. Besides the restaurant the buyer gets to use part of the pool area, and can put few tables out in the open. The total area of the restaurant is 154.83 sq m. The price is 700 euro per sq m. The total price is 108381 euro.

Payment plan for the restaurant:

  • 1500 euro reservation deposit (valid for 14 days)
  • 50% till 14 days after the signing of the preliminary contract
  • 50% till 2 months after the signing of the preliminary contract, on notary deed.
