THE BUILDING - Solid building with higher class ferro concrete construction, noise and thermo isolated with 5 cm styropore layer, stone blocks facade with mineral coating, PVC-windows frame based on REHAU-profiles with higher sealing properties and SEGENIA fittings for double way opening. The whole building as well as the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning units. Corridor and stairs floors in the common parts are ceramic or gres coated tiles, the wall coating is latex and the doors are made by laminated MDF.

The whole development is situated in a splendid park with 2 swimming pools - for adults and for children. It offers reception service with lobby bar, 4 shops, restaurant, fitness centre, laundry, drying and ironing service, underground parking for 50 cars and SPA centre comprising steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage cabinets, rest room.

THE FURNITURE - Kitchens and dining rooms in the apartments are laminated boards floored and the bedrooms are carpeted. Sanitary units are ceramic tiles floored with faience tiles walls and luxury sanitary ware. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel sink, double hot plate, air tube and refrigerator. The living rooms are provided with a table with 4 chairs, case for TV-set and a set of upholster furniture. The bedrooms have a double bed with luxury mattress and night tables, wardrobe, bed cover, two pillow, a lining set and curtains.

Prices - The basic price is 1200 Euro per sq.m.

The price includes the use of the swimming pools and the fitness center.

Together with the signing of the purchase contract, separate agreement must be signed on the base of 8 Euro per sq m, comprising the annual costs for: security systems, reception services, parks and green area maintenance, lift maintenance, common parts cleaning , up to the apartment's door.
