This wonderful two storey house is situated in a lovely village at the foot of the Rila Mountain. It is built in old traditional Bulgarian style. There is a high stone fence with a wooden gate in front of the house.
The house itself has 120 sq.m living area separated into five rooms. Two of the rooms are on the first floor. An inner staircase leads to the second floor with three rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a terrace. A fine view opens out from the terrace.
The house is well supplied. Running water and electricity are available. It has a fireplace on the first floor and a garage. Here are the famous Rila monastery, the Seventh Rila lakes, the spa resort in Separeva banja, the ski resort Borovetz and many more.
