We are offering you this outstanding wooden villa. It is an ecologically clean kind of construction. The whole log cabin is made entirely of wood - pine logs 22 cm in diameter. The villa consists of 2 floors; each floor is 60 sq m in size. The first floor comprises a dining room with kitchen box, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Until now is made the main construction, there are some finishing works that are going to be made such as:
- Roof - galvanized sheet iron, roof-tile type lead brown in color;
- Window joinery - double glazed, wooden frames;
- Bathroom on the first floor - sanitary faience and terracotta, sanitary equipment, sink, cup boards;

- Fireplace: water and air heating system for each floor; Flooring: wooden covering;
- All burnishing, priming, polishing off all wooden surfaces is going to be made with high-quality lacquers on watery base.
The villa is located in the mountain resort of St Konstantin only 15 km from the town of Peshtera in the beautiful Rhodopi Mountains. There are few large lakes in the area such as Batak in Tsigov Chark resort, Dospat and others. There are also many beautiful forests and rivers. In summer the area offers excellent conditions for sunbathing and fishing, and in winter- for skiing.
The town of Peshtera is situated on both banks of the Stara Reka river, 20km to the south of the town of Pazardzhik. It lies at the entrance of a mountain pass that leads to the depths of the Rhodopi mountain. Peshtera is an ancient settlement, which is testified to by a number of archeological findings. One of these is a cemetery with several bronze vessels and a marble plate with a Thracian horseman depicted on it. The surrounding areas of Beshdere and Barakovski Dol keep remains of fortresses and ritual places, too.
