The house comprises with built area of 56 sq m for he first floor and 51 sq m on the second floor. The total area of the yard is 590 square meters.
There are all communications - electricity and water, two telephone lines. The house is located on a quiet, low traffic street in the center of Sungurlare. It is set about 200 meters from the town hall, the church, a school, community center, bus station, pharmacy, post office, banks, bookstores, grocery stores and other shops.
