Two regulated plots of land for sale near Sunny Beach

These are two, fully regulated plots of land for sale located just outside the most famous of the Bulgarian resorts - Sunny Beach.

The two plots of land are situated 1 km away from each other, and with location being very good: just 2 and 3 km away from Sunny beach and around 5 km from Nesebar. There are two plots: the one being at 2 km from the beach is 8000 sq m in size and the second one at 3 km from the sea is a bit smaller - 4000 sq m large.
