These are a couple, two-family houses for sale, located in proximity to the famous Bulgarian sea resort - Sunny Beach. The properties are set just outside a cozy tourist village, 4 km away from Sunny Beach. The village is known for the numerous new-constructed apartment complexes and hotels. It is famous amongst the tourists because of the proximity to the resort Sunny Beach and all major amenities and in the same time for the quiet and calm atmosphere close to the mountain.
