The property is situated in a picturesque mountain village in Apriltsi Municipality, Lovech district. It is 11 km north-west of the town of Apriltsi, 44 km from Lovech, 11 km south-east of Troyan and 3 km north of the village of Skandaloto. It is near the river Vidima.
