The house has a total living area of 137 sq m, fenced with a nice tall fence, built on a plot of land with size 650 sq m. In the front yard there is a lawn, a wooden pavilion, a decorative well and some vines. In the back yard there are vineyards.
The distribution of the rooms inside the house is as follows:
- First floor - small entrance hall, corridor and a large dining room with kitchenette and a bar. The heating is via air conditioning. On the first floor there is also a bathroom and toilet.
- Second floor - internal and external stairs, a corridor, toilet, large living room and two bedrooms with a terrace.

The village has a town hall, a church, two shops and a cafe-restaurant. A doctor visits the village three times a week. The villa is located 10 km from the town of Dobrich, about 35-40 km from the town of Balchik, Alebna resort and the seaside village of Kranevo.
