We offer you a studio apartment with a total living area of 33 sq m, located on the ground floor of a closed-type complex in Sozopol.
The studio is sold with its own small, green patio. It is currently successfully rented out during the summer season. The apartment was refitted with new furniture and lounge chairs, brand new TV (32 inches), has Internet and television (30 BGN per month). It is equipped with air conditioning, boiler, shower cabin, kitchen appliances, absorber.
The complex is located just behind the Bamboo beach. From the pictures you can see that the complex is very well landscaped and has a lovely pool, which helps a lot with bookings! It has its own parking lot, but free street parking is also possible.
