We would like to offer you an old rural house just 10 km from the beach and the coastal town of Kavarna. It is less than hour drive from the International Airport in Varna and is accessible through the whole year.
The village is rather small with roughly 250 citizens. However the area is very attractive for all those people who wish to retire close to the sea coast at a reasonable price. Other big plus in the area are the multiple golf courses under construction near Kavarna and Balchik.
The house we offer is very small with total living area of just 50 sq m. It comprises 2 rooms, living room and a closet. The biggest advantage of this property is the huge yard – 1700 sq m. The house is accessible though an asphalted road.
