A house with a large yard, located in northern Bulgaria, in Tutrakan municipality. The property is situated in a quiet village, 10 km from the town of Tutrakan and the Danube River.
There are two floors. The distribution inside is as follows:
First floor - bathroom, toilet, large cellar.
Second floor - a separate entrance with an entrance hall, one bedroom and a children's room (transitional), a dining room and a living room, which are also transitional.
Adjacent to the house there is another building, consisting of three rooms, two of which are transitional and the third room has a separate entrance. Between the two buildings there is a concrete shed, which is used for a summer kitchen. In front of the summer kitchen there is a concrete patio (about 40 sq m) with vines.
The yard is well maintained, has a well for irrigation. In front of the house there is a vineyard.
