The house is located in a large village south of Shumen. The village is part of Veliki Preslav municipality, Shumen district. It lies 24 km from Shumen and 109 km from Varna and the sea.
The house is brick-built and has total living area of 53 sq m. Adjacent to the house there is a barn and an additional farm building - 85 sq m. The house comprises with two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen, one room and a large basement. The second floor consists of two rooms and a lounge.
