This is a rural property, located in the north-eastern end of Bulgaria. The property is set in a cozy, quiet village included in the municipality of General Toshevo, Dobrich district.
Near the village is the famous sea resort of Balchik which is at 20 km. Within a short drive also is the resort Kavarna, the municipal center of General Toshevo (4 km) and Dobrich (20 km). The nearest international airport is in Varna - 40 min away.
