We offer to your attention a beautiful mountain house located in the resort of St. Konstantin, in close proximity to the Batak Reservoir and the Tsigov Chark area, as well as the Golyam and Malak Beglik Reservoirs. The property is located amongst pine forests, crystal-clear air, and the tranquility of the Rhodope Mountains.
The house has undergone major renovation. It boasts new roof, shed, new staircase, and new bathroom. It benefits with external insulation, new plaster, new joinery, new exterior door specially designed for outdoor weather conditions, new flooring, new electrical wiring. The piping was also recently replaced.

The resort is part of Peshtera municipality. It is a well-known area, where both summer and winter tourism has been rapidly developing for years. During the winter season, there is a ski slope and a ski school. The area is secluded, clean and peaceful and offers ideal conditions for a joyful vacation. In recent years, the resort has enjoyed serious interest from camping and nature tourism enthusiasts.
