Obzor is a small Black Sea resort famous with calm and safe sea, clear water, healthy air and golden sand. It is situated 55 km south of Varna, 73 km north of Bourgas and 440 km east of Sofia. Accommodation is basically in small private hotels, family pensions and villas. Obzor is an attractive place for the traditional seaside family holiday makers.
We propose to you large plot of land with completed project for residential building and hotel for sale. The plot has size of 2790 sq.m. with approved project for a complex and hotel part with a total area of 4854 square meters. The plot is located 300 m from the seaside between the Club Hotel Miramar and Casablanca Hotel.
The building is designed to have three sections and a hotel part. Entrances in each section are eccentrically located on the north side for the section A and to the northeast for the section B. Each of the sections and the hotel part offers its own staircase and elevator. Parking spaces are provided along the north side of the building with access to the street. The hotel part offers 21 double rooms / entrance hall, shower and WC, room with double bed and a large terrace / 3 triple rooms - entrance, shower and WC, a room with three beds and a large terrace /, three hotel apartments / entrance hall, shower and WC, room with double bed, living room and large terrace. Every hotel floor will have staff office. On 4th floor for all three sections are designed 7 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 hotel apartment as for the residential part - up to 6 one bedroom apartments and 3 studios. Total area of the approved project is 4854 square meters and includes 12 shops, restaurant and lobby bar 45 apartments including 21 one-bedroom apartments about 63 square meters and 24 studios around 36 square meters and a hotel consisting of 28 double rooms at 32 sq.m., 4 triple rooms with 39 square meters and 4 hotel apartments at 44 square meters.
Only 20 of the apartments have views of the mountains and the city. All the other apartments and hotel rooms have beautiful sea view.
