Every hotel floor will have staff office. On 4th floor for all three sections are designed 7 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 hotel apartment as for the residential part - up to 6 one bedroom apartments and 3 studios. Total area of the approved project is 4854 square meters and includes 12 shops, restaurant and lobby bar 45 apartments including 21 one-bedroom apartments about 63 square meters and 24 studios around 36 square meters and a hotel consisting of 28 double rooms at 32 sq.m., 4 triple rooms with 39 square meters and 4 hotel apartments at 44 square meters.

Only 20 of the apartments have views of the mountains and the city. All the other apartments and hotel rooms have beautiful sea view.
