The apartment is located in a closed-type residential complex in the famous sea resort of Sunny Beach.
It is a one-bedroom apartment, consisting of a bedroom, living room and a kitchen in one premise, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace has access out of both rooms.
The apartment is equipped with electrical appliances and utensils. It is sold with everything available, as seen on the photos (both sofas are extendable). In addition, there is an insurance policy valid until September 2019.
The complex has 24-hour security. During the summer there is a bar, a restaurant (with an All Inclusive option for 15 euros per day per person) pool, reception.
The maintenance fee is 8 euros per sq m per year. This also includes the cleaning of the swimming pool.
