The house is located in the town of Plachkovtsi, on its main street, near the city center.
The town of Plachkovtsi lies 28 km east of Gabrovo, 8 km south of Tryavna, 50 km south-west of Veliko Tarnovo and about 250 km west of Sofia. It is at about 700 m altitude.
The area is very picturesque. There are not one, but three rivers that go through the town - the rivers Stoevski, Radevski and Neikovska.
The house has a built area of 108 sq m. It consists of a ground floor (basement) and two residential floors. In the yard there is an additional building of 44 sq m, a summer kitchen of 13 sq m, an old furnace of 12 sq m and a barn with stone foundations - 70 sq m. The size of the yard itself is 1533 sq m.
The house is in overall good condition. Ten years ago, it had its roof completely replaced.
