The house is located in a small, quiet village in Dryanovo municipality, Gabrovo district. The village is only 19 km from Veliko Tarnovo.
The house has two floors, a total living area of 100 sq m and a yard of 700 sq m. The yard is flat. The property is supplied with water and electricity. It is reached via an asphalt road during any time of the year. There is also access to the back of the property via a dirt road. The garden borders a meadow and a forest!
The house itself is for restoration. The roof has collapsed and the floor between the first and second floors is also bad. The walls however are solid. The first floor is stone built, the second is brick. The house has three rooms downstairs and three upstairs.
There also additional old buildings in the yard.
