The house is located in the center of a small town, 2-3 km from Tryavna in Stara Planina. It is solid and very well maintained.
The building has preserved its authentic carvings, arches and floors with mosaic ornaments. It has total living area of 90 sq m and consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with solid bar and a storage room (closet). On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a living room.
