This is an office in the center of Bourgas situated in a new building, started maintenance in August 2007. It's a 6 storey building, on the first floor there are shops, on the second offices (they are only 5, mainly lawyers and accouters). On the next floors are situated apartments. Outside there is a parking lot. The office is 68.03 sq. m. in size and located on the 2-nd floor. It consists of one room with corridor around 6 sq. m. also room for shower cabin and toilet. There is also a place suitable for building a kitchenette. The walls and ceilings are latex painted, laminated floors, metal door.
Bourgas is the second-largest city and a seaside resort on the Bulgarian Black sea coast with population of 210,260. It is also the fourth-largest by population in the country. Burgas has the largest and most important Bulgarian sea port and also the International Airport. Lots of tourists come through every year during the summer to spend their vacations in the well developed Bulgarian sea side resorts located near by.
