This lovely house is located in a small village in the municipality of Pomorie. The settlement is at the foot of the Balkan Mountain and is surrounded by forests. It is roughly 20 km from Sunny Beach – the biggest sea resort in Bulgaria. It is about 35 km from Burgas and the International Airport.
The access to the village is through an asphalted road in very good quality.
The ground floor has 52 sq m living area and consists of big living room and a kitchen with dining area. There is also a small bathroom with toilet and storage room.
An internal wooden staircase takes you to the second floor. There are three bedrooms one of which en-suite. Second bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. There are three terraces, two of which are common and the third one is private for the master bedroom.
