The house is located in a village in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Dobrich municipality, Dobrich region.
The village lies in the midst of Dobrudzha plateau, about 12 km north of the town of Dobrich, 15 km from the town of General Toshevo, 43 km from the town of Balchik and 43 km from the resort Albena.
