This large house is located in a preferred area for year-round living, about 20 km from Varna and only 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Shkorpilovtsi. It is situated in a quiet village in Avren municipality, Varna district.
The village has a community center with a rich library, grocery stores, a guest house, a doctor's office, a cafe, a post office. The nearest school is located in the village of Bliznatsi. There are many preserved houses from the end of the XIX century which give a special charm to the village. There is also a small river. The village has regular bus transport connecting it to the city of Varna and the surrounding villages.
