We would like to offer a new built attractive two storey house located just 17 kilometers away from the famous Bulgarian beach resort of Sunny Beach. The village has about 100 houses and 250 inhabitants. The distance from the houses to the Bourgas international airport is 25 km.
There is a few small shops in the village. There is a small river which passes trough the village and flows in the Orizare lake which is a good size lake and is very good for sports fishing.
Each house has two floors spread on 116 square meters total living area. The first floor consists of large living room with kitchen, bathroom and toilet, the second floor consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, large terrace and small balcony. / See Floor plans in the gallery /
Each house has 420 square meters landscaped yard. For clarification the whole plot is 840 sq.m. ,each house has 50% form the ground.
The house is supplied with drinking water from the main village water supply, which passes along the front yard, each house have separate water meter, the water supply of the village is provided by the Kamchia Dam. The waste water is connected in the main sewage of the village passing the street in front of the plot. The house is supplied with electricity from the main power supply and every house has a separate electric meter 15 kW. each.
Heating is planned to be with electrical radiators or air conditioners, every one of the houses is equipped with chimney which would allow the future owners to build a fireplace inside the house.
