The house is located in the ski resort of Pamporovo in a gated complex surrounded by pine forests and unspoiled mountain views.
The house has a 120 sq m of living space distributed over two floors. The house is fully furnished and equipped for personal use or rental. It is sold with all its available furniture and appliances.

First floor - large entrance hall with a utility room, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room with a fireplace, massive wooden spiral staircase.
Second floor - two fully furnished bedrooms with access to a shared, spacious terrace. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms are intended for two people + one.
