Take a look at our amazing offer! This is a new house for sell, built in 2007/2008 year on a 500 sq m plot of land in Sofia City.
In the yard there are 5-6 parking lots. The door to the yard is automatic. There is a separate building - shack (12 sq m) and a barbecue (15 sq m) with built oven. The house has total living area of 200 sq m and it is two-storied. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room and a living room. The flooring is granite.
