We bring to your attention a vacation house located in the mountains, 10 km north of Sofia. The house is brick, single-story, with an attic, basement, well and electricity.
The parcel is flat. There are two entrances – one from the road and another from the forest behind. The well is the deepest in the entire cottage (14 meters). It can be used as a refrigerator in the summer since the water is very cold.
The villa is in relatively good condition. The roof was repaired two years ago. However, in order to become habitable, it needs interior renovation or refreshment, depending on the needs of the future owner.
The house is suitable for people who wish to weekend among fresh air, peace and quiet at the end of the busy week.
