The house is located in a large, developed village, just about 5 km from the town of Dupnitsa.
The village has all the necessary communications and amenities, including regular bus transport to the city, shops and parks, easy access to the highway Connecting Sofia and Greece. The house is located on the main street of the village.
The building was was built in 2000, solid construction. Its total living area is 325 sq m, distributed on three floors. The yard area is 1330 sq m. In the yard, next to the house there is a solid barbecue with a shed, a garage and another shed for storing firewood and tools.
There are three entrances to the property for cars and space for parking four cars.
The house is located one kilometer from Rila Park and from Sofrajik panoramic site – a start for many tourist routes!
